After qualifying for ESL Pro League Season 11, FORZE defeated the likes of INTZ, Spirit, and Riot Squad to win ESEA MDL Season 32 Global Challenge.
Andrey "Jerry" Mekhryakov and co, arrived in Dallas, Texas last week, and started off their campaign by defeating HAVU 3-0 in the ESEA MDL Season 32 Europe grand final (1-0 default, 22-20 Train, 16-13 Mirage), winning the season and qualifying for ESL Pro League Season 11. The Russian side then played the ESEA MDL Season 32 Global Challenge, facing off against opponents from across the world.
Wins over Rugratz and Spirit saw FORZE top their group, advancing to the semi-final where INTZ awaited, the winner of the North American MDL season. FORZE defeated the Brazilian side in three maps, only dropping Vertigo, and then continued their good form in the grand final, where they beat Pujan "FNS" Mehta's Riot Squad 2-0.
With a 1.24 rating at the event, FORZE's AWPer Bogdan "xsepower" Chernikov was the best performer in Dallas, proving pivotal to FORZE placing first and securing the $25,000 cheque. The Russian side will now return to home soil, as they close out the year with EPICENTER 2019, a tournament Jerry said they have a lot of energy for.
